Ordering

Payment is taken via Paypal. www.cloverberry.com is a secure site with Rapid SSL Certificate.

You will be emailed upon receipt of your order.

Delivery

UK-FREE via Royal Mail 1st class post. Usually delivered within 2-3 days. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

UK Next Day-£5 Orders received before 12 midday Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note that orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will be delivered on a Monday.Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday.

UK Saturday-£7 a Saturday delivery can be arranged via Royal Mail guaranteed Saturday delivery. Applies to orders received by 12pm on a Friday.

Parcels sent via next day delivery and Saturday delivery will require a signature on delivery, therefore please inform us if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, or if you have any special delivery instructions.

EU-£7 via International signed for post. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

Rest of World-£10 via International signed for post. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

Returns

You may return an item bought on Cloverberry within 14 days of receipt to: Cloverberry, 10 Belton Lane, Grantham, Lincs, NG31 9HL, UK (you will receive a returns label with your order)

It is advisable to return your item via recorded delivery, as Cloverberry cannot be liable for goods lost in the post.

All items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.

Refund

You will receive a full refund minus P&P costs within 30 days. The refund will be charged to the card originally used to make your purchase.

We regret that we cannot refund sale items.
